Discord Fonts
Styled text for display names, nicknames, statuses and messages, plus the thing Discord can do that the other platforms cannot: real ANSI color inside a code block.
Real Unicode characters, not a picture: they paste into names, nicknames, statuses and messages. Tap any row to copy it.
ANSI color blocks
Discord renders ANSI escape codes inside a code block fenced as ansi. Pick a color, type your lines, and copy a block that posts in color on desktop and mobile. It only works inside the block: nicknames and statuses cannot use it.
The ␛ in the preview above marks the ESC character; the copied block carries the real one.
Which fonts are these really?
The styled rows are Unicode look-alike letters, not font files: Discord has no custom-font support, so the characters themselves do the dressing. They paste everywhere and survive copy-paste chains, but they are decoration, not identity: keep your server name and your own handle readable in plain letters alongside them.
The color, though, is the genuine article. ANSI escapes are the BBS era's own color system, and Discord kept them. The ASCII generator goes deeper with FIGlet banners and .ans files; for words as pictures, the text effect generator renders the real typefaces this site names, the way the game font answers identify them.
Made for where it goes
The same styler, over MCP, your assistant styles the text, you keep the words.
